parental controls..

i set parental controls for my son and now i would like for him to be able to use the browser. im not exactly computer literate so anything is helpful.i somehow messed up and forgot the pin (im 53) forgive me but now i cant remember and he cant use browser. I dont know the recovery forgot what i set it to and calling nintendo isnt any help? anyone know like a complete system reset or something? a regular reset requires the pin or a recovery question which i have forgotten.

im not exactly a pro because i only got my wii today, but, ... i'd think wormatting the system would work (hopefully your files r backed up on a SD card)
