Override for parental control

I am unable to get on-line because i think my kids have played with teh password settings on the parental lock! is there any way to reset this.

Not that I think of. The only way I think is to reformat the Wii back to its orginal state but I don't know how that will affect your Wii account such as game you bought. You might want to call Nintendo as ask.

How do we know you're not the kid and you're trying to get around your parent's lock?
