Orb 2.0 Loading Time

Does Orb.com take forever to load for you guys on your Wii as well as your PC?

And long time as in a good 5 minutes to load on a PC and longer on the Wii.

for me it took abour 3. but to load all my music and everything took so much longer haha. i have over 50 gigs of music soooo yeahh. i left my comp on all day and all night and it was finally all loaded.

now it just takes hella long on my wii to load. ahha

wow i just found out what orb is

too bad it doesent work on mac

well it probably wont be long till they make a mac version

Alright I have about 10k songs on my computer so that is probably the reason.

Looks like I'll be making a sub-folder with only a few hundred songs for Orb.

I use orb for my PC... been unsuccessful so far with my Wii..

If you guys are not particular about your own music but like a free jukebox instead try Finetune where you can create your own free playlist from a truck load of music.

Yeah, Orb is now called Winamp Remote right?


I couldn't get this to work either. I didn't wait all that long though. I didn't realize that it loaded all of the music at once. I thought it was just one song at a time, and figured that it would suck if it had to wait that long after every song, so I stopped trying.
