nintendo wifi adapter

hi i have a nintendo wifi adapter and ive followed the instructions but i keep getting this error code:52103...... ive turnt my firewall and antivirus off but still no luck.... my computer is connected to a router that has a firewall dunno if thats wots causing the probs does any1 have the same problem or know of a way to fix this
