it wont let me install the wifi usb connector it says this error

ive tried network connections
local area connections
properties
advanced
allow other networks users to connect through this computer's connection
this error comes up
an error occurred while internet connection sharing was beign enabled.
the specified service does not exist as an installed service.
i try network setup wizard also and this error message appears
an error occured during configuration of the network on this computer
you can configure your network manually, or you can run the wizard again with different settings
PLEASE HELP!!!
