Nintendo Sued. Potential threat to the Wii?

Nintendo has been sued. Do you think its likely that this could possibly be an end to the Wii?

This has got me really worried. I don't think Nintendo would have purposely copied someones device design, especially if there was a patent on it. They just aren't stupid enough to do that.
