Newbie - how do I reset my games so there's no personal information?

Hi Guys - I need some very basic help. I made mistakes putting in information on some games and I just want to reset it all so I can start again. Can anyone help?

If you downloaded games using wrong info, then even with the right information, you may not be able to get back. Try Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700.

I didn't actually download the games - I bought them from a shop. Does this make a difference?

I bought 3 second hand games - Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games; Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatium 2009 and Raving Rabbids TV Party.

I want to delete the previous owners information and put mine in.

As you can see I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.

??? No information can be stored to a [Wii] Game Disc? Did you buy a used Wii?

Wait a minute, in your first post you said you entered errant information. Now you're saying you have previous owners information. I'm not sure why you changed your story, but it makes me raise an eyebrow.

If what you said originally is true, you can delete this information from Wii Settings accessed from the Wii Channel screen. Just delete the saved file for the game in question.

If your modified story is true, well, it doesn't make any sense as there is no way to save anything on the game disk. Unless, like BluRay said, you purchased the Wii also.

Maybe you can repost once you get your story straight.
