Newb Madden 08 ?

Im new to the wii community and im about to go get madden 08. Is it possible to get a regular looking controller to play this game or do I have to use the wii controllers. I just wanna be able to sit and play like the old days. Not throwing my hands in the air and stuff any info would be great thanks.

Nope, you have to use the Wiimote (and nunchuck but thats recommended not required). However, I do play sitting down and in a very similar way to the normal button mashing. Small twitches that mimik the full motion work just fine.
