hi i'm new here and i have a question. the kids and i are having problems with a few of our games. they load up and some will let you start to play, then all of a sudden the screen says cannot read disc. i have checked all the disc and noticed that they all seem to have an identical scratch on them. the scratch looks to have been made by the console, maybe during loading. the games have only been handled by adults, so anyone with any info on this would be great! thanks!
