New Super Mario Bros. "Error has Occurred..."

I just purchased a will for Christmas and today after playing it for about 10 minutes i got and " An error has occurred.Press the Eject button, remove the Game disc,and turn off the power to the console.Please read the wii Operations Manual for further instructions"

What is this and should I bring it back?
