Nintendo 3DS owners can stream movies and television shows through Netflix starting today.
The company revealed a free Netflix app is now available for the 3DS, which allows subscribers to instantly watch movies or TV programs. Nintendo also says a library for 3-D films will arrive soon.
A monthly streaming subscription and broadband Internet connection are required to use the app. Users can download it from Nintendo's eShop.
Nintendo also offers Netflix streaming on the Wii, and says more than 1.5 million subscribers use the console app.
