need help with SSID.......

hi i need help with my wirless internet for my wii, it said something about SSID is that somewhere on bottom of the modem?
please post on what to do about this SSID.:scared:

your modem does not have an SSID
an SSID is the nickname for your router's network/home network
if you do have a router however, you need to access your router's settings in order to find your SSID, and the method varies according to your router manufacturer

He might be using a 2wire device. If so its not only a modem but it will have the WEP key on the bottom.
