need for speed help!

I just got the game and it says 2 is accelortor..i am in a race and i am holding down 2 and its still going slow... its goin 42 mph... AM i doing something wrong???please help

yeah,

I got the same problem sometimes.
only with different controls (wiimote in 45° angle).

I think it got something to do with the wiimote :scared:

I reset the game and then it's going fine.
Just remember to save often. :wink:

i used my other controller, but it went to tops 70MPH... i used manual, and used the wiimote.... I was holding down 2 and 70 was the highest??? whats wrong?? all my other games work fine.

ok some1 told me.. it was on manual so i had to switch gear.... which i didnt know how or i should... so thats y.. It works!

Didn't you think it was slightly odd that there was a manual and automatic option for gears?

I assumed you knew that you were playing with manual gears
anyway, i get the problem sometimes even though i know i'm using manual
so it might happen again
