Namco Bandai has today announced details of the games that it will be showing at GamesCom in Cologne, Germany from August 15 to 19, and the list includes some mouth-watering titles such as Tekken Tag Tournament 2, One Piece: Pirate Warriors, Star Trek and Dark Souls, but unfortunately none of those are currently billed as being available on the Wii U. In fact, Namco Bandai has only announced one Wii U game for GamesCom, namely Tank! Tank! Tank!, which it calls “one of the most bombastic battle-party-games ever.” In the game, players will find lots of tanks and weapons including mechanical insects, gigantic dragons and even other players. You can team up with three other friends to battle with, or against, each other in fully destructible environments in several different modes, including story and multiplayer modes. Players will also be able to arm their tanks with lasers, machine guns, missile pods, and the Colossus Missile, as well as with power-ups. It has already been showcased at E3 this year. The game is scheduled for a Winter launch, which could mean that it’s a Wii U launch title.
