my wii does an error to everything!!!

My wii does an error to everything exept the games channel, mii channel, and foto channel.

I can't get in the settings because it sais that an internet connection error has occured, and it tells me to go to opera help or opra support.

My wii is from china and i just want to change my settings to english, the time and date, and so i can get in the internet there!

Please help me asap!!!

Your Wii has been illegally modified and was updated with a firmware version from a region different than the original hardware. It's busted.
