Moving the Wii from one house to another?

Hi all,
My daughter would like to move her Wii from one house to another on a regular basis. Is this something people would recommend we don't do? Is it likely that the unit will be damaged by frequent moving - or if moving it, is there a way it can be wrapped / protected in the original packaging.

Grateful for any advice / guidance and perhaps experience of people who are in a simialr situation.
