Had it from pre-order at Play. They say it comin out mid-June

wrong, may 15th is the most recently stated release date. and there will not be online. but we do get an extra char named Khameleon. and a new mode called endurance.

It doesn't have online because many months ago when it was in development, the online development libraries were not ready yet.
