Budding DJs and mix-masters listen up, Digital Leisure has announced today the upcoming launch of Mix Superstar, designed exclusively for Nintendo WiiWare.
Create, mix and record your own royalty-free music right on your Wii, with over 1,000 Dance, Hip Hop and Techno loops included across multiple instruments such as Drum, Bass, Synth, Guitar and even voice tracks.

Once you’ve cut your track, you can then use Mix Superstar to export your masterpiece (or otherwise!) and download it to your computer. You can also use WiiConnect24 to send tracks to your Wii friends and even collaborate on mixes.
The game includes full support for the Logitech USB Microphone and Wii Speak, so you can lay down vocals on your tracks as well.
If you want more loops to play with, you can use the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Pay & Play system to purchase them from the thousands of extra loops available from many different genres, including Rock, Pop, and House. No word yet about a release date, but expect it “soon”.
