Mii Transfer Problems

Did something change at miieditor's website? Now when I create a Mii from their web site and transfer with Mii Mega-Mall 2.0 it says that it transfered but then when I view the Wiimote in the Wii nothing is in the slot. I can transfer old Mii's, Mii's from online but nothing created from their website and saved local to my computer. I tried for hours checking file properties and everything with no luck. I can't see what is different. Here is a link to the Mii I am trying to transfer.
