hey ive made a few mii's and i have them set to migle and i have travell and stuff turned on, same with wiiconnect24

but do u NEED friends added to your nintendo wii to get mii's comming over to your wii?

or will random strangers come to your wii parade?

You need ANYONE with mii's set to mingle with travel on to have them show up.

How can you not know this?

i should be mostly, in case you don't have a wireless router, you can use the wifi adapter with any pc and basically the wii connect to the pc and feeds off the wirless connection from the pc.
