I am in basically the first level you get to with the Phazon suit. There are all these grapple hooks hanging around and I need a certain powerup to use them. Where do I get that? Also, now I'm stuck in a room with a Rock Golem on the floor, these two dinosaur dudes busted in and I killed them, but I need a power up to the suit to give power back to the Golem too. Did I miss something and have to go far back, because I can't leave this room right now without the powerups.

I think the powerup you need is on Elsyia or the city in the sky.

k I had this problem a few days ago so listen up
Go through to the place with that head that retracted into the wall, turn right and go through those doors, go down the steps and you'll see that big gap you can't get across
GO BACK TO THE STEPS and scan them, you'll see a small block that's the same size as your morph ball
drop a morph ball bomb there and go through that way
