Before a consider buying black ops Im trying to find out if I can avoid paying the £20 extra for the headset....
My mobile handsfree obviously has the earpiece and microphone, and has a 3.5mm jack. Therefore using a usb to 3.5mm (male) adapter and a 3.5mm (female to female) coupler I can then use my handsfree and connect it all to the wii.... so in theory it works...
Can anyone confirm this works, and if its safe to do, the last thing i want to do is short circuit the Wii usb ports.

Failing that I have a pc headset, which has two 3.5mm jacks, one is for the stereo and the other is Mic.....is there a converter/adapter out there anywhere?
