Location of all warp points

I can't figure out where to warp the bridge that I find in the oasis. Can some tell me where the points are so I can figure where and how I missed one?

i believe you warp that to the kakariko gorge place, pretty self explanatory, its right by kakariko village (the bridge with the big chunk missing)
