List of Co-Op games?

I've tried a search that didn't turn up much.

So, does anyone have a list of games that have a co-op mode?

And why does there seem to be a dearth of games with this mode (and this applies to all platforms)?

Right now I can only think of Splinter Cell: Double Agent, and arcade style Metal Slug Anthology have co-op. Both are quite fun in my opinion, should check em out.

mario strikers charged has a good co-op type mode on-line, its good and addictive, there isnt really that many

the first thing that pops up in my mind when you ask that question is:
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles x)
unfortunately its not gonnna be out until fall...

Thanks for the responses.

I was hoping for a title I can play with my kids.

Given the design philosophy of the Wii is geared towards an "inclusive" or group oriented experience, I am very surprised that there aren't more co-op games available.


Maybe as new producers get on board they will make more.

If you want to play it with you kids, then Elebits / Eledees could be the right game. The coop isn't that big, but I think it's fun anyway.
