LEGO Batman error

I am back to the forum after a long absence, just wanna say thanks to all of you for your support and help. Well, I recently purchased LEGO Batman and whenever I play a vehicle level, my Wii freezes up and makes a humming noise. None of the buttons on the Wiimotes or the Wii console work and I need to unplug the power cord to turn it off. This game is working smoothly on my friend's Wii. Does anyone know how to make LEGO Batman work on my Wii without any problem?

Any help will be appreciated?

If the disk plays fine on your friends and has no scratches then it sounds like your Wii is starting to get disk read errors.

Try a cleaning kit, there is an official Nintendo one that costs about $15 and that worked for mine when I was having trouble with some disks.

If your Wii is still under warranty you can also send it off to Nintendo and they'll replace it for free.
