Join problem

Hey, i started a clan, but when i go to send out an invite to a member, it says
An error has occurred and script execution has been halted. Below is a list of error messages returned:


Steak_Styles has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

yet we both allow messages from other members, i was just wondering if anyone had some pointers?
