I'm having some site issues

The system won't let me send other users messages. I'm mainly trying to let others know that I'm adding them so that we can exchange Wii codes.

Unfortunately, I tried to ask for help on this item previously and got no help.

Really? That's an interesting rule. I actually kind of like it.

I'm just wondering if that is detailed anywhere. I don't remember seeing it in all the information I read througho n the site. It's possible I did miss it somehow, but I honestly, don't remember it.
