Okay, i tiped over my xbox while it was on by accedent with viva pinata on, now whenever i put viva pinata in the xbox it says 1 of 4 things everytime:

1: Disc can not be read. Please go to Xbox.com/support bla bla bla etc etc

2: Mixed Media Disc

3: Disc not playable

4: Unkown Disc



Help me!!!!!! write back ASAP i g2g soon

Clean the disc. If this does not resolve your problem, return the system and get a new one, or tell micro that it was like that. They will send you a new one.

If you move the console when a disc is in it, the disc will get scratched. So put some scratch remover on it, and if that doesn't fix it I guess you will need to buy a new disc.

It isn't the console, it is the disc and I doubt they will do anything if he calls them, as there is a big sticker on the DVD tray that says not to move it while there is a disc in it.

If you're just having problems with THAT DISC, get a disc cleaner, or clean the disc with like a damp cloth, if that doesn't work, you'll need to buy it again. If you're having problems with every game, you obviously somewhat screwed your 360 up (don't think thats easy to do this way) and you'll need to get it repaired.

well you should have been more careful
this screws up the disc
there is a warning for this that you must peel off of the disc drive when you first get it

^^ Viva pinata rocks... it's well worth it...

MY brother moved his xbox 360 with, i think, Need for speed carbon and it had so many rings that if it was a tree it'd be like 200 years old ^^

He took it back to HMV on boxing day... and they gave him a replacement
