universal friend codes. if anybody knows then o well but this is for the people who dont know. online gaming will have unversal friend codes which means that the friend codes in ur address book will be who u play against online.



Single Wii console code
It looks like the days of multiple friend codes are over…for the Wii at least. In IGN’s latest IGN Weekly episode, Matt Casamassina takes us through the Wii console. We get to see that the Wii has a single console number. Mr. Casamassina states that “you are not going to be entering friend codes with each one of your games”. While it isn’t an official confirmation from Nintendo, it is almost garaunteed that this is what this feature is for. Check out some screens below, click over to download the episode.




Confirmed: Wii To Use Universal Friend Codes
It’s confirmed. Not by Nintendo, but plenty of my sources indicate to yes. Nintendo Wii’s will be using a universal friend-code system for their online gaming (12 digits - no username).

Also, it will not be specific to each game, but rather by console, meaning that Wii owners can simply memorize this number rather than fishing for it everytime they want to play with a friend.

no to ur game. its to the console. all the numbers that u register in ur console that r from different countries, youll be able to play with thos registered people. if ur in europe and u wannt to play with anyone then u will play with other people in ur country.

it sometimes is hard to beleive someone, especially on this forum. The average age is like 16. Plus, there is alot of misguided people.
