I need that Final Heart Piece

Here's the scenario:
After completing the story, I've decided to collect every heart piece.
I have 19 and 4/5 hearts and need one more to complete my collection.
I visited the fortune teller in Castle Town to give me the final hint for the last piece.
And guess where it is?
It's in the sewers of the castle! :mad2:
Does anyone know how to get back there?
Transforming into a wolf and trying to get through the window of the bar is out of the question.
I think I really screwed up big time.

correct me if i'm wrong but this looks like the sewers to me.
