I need help

I unlocked everybody but toon link and jiggypuff. Can somebody help me with this problem.

There is a brawl help thread for this, but if I remember correctly, you have to complete the SSE first, then complete classic mode with link and toon link will challenge you. Correct me if I'm wrong.
