I need help [.php style]

Okay, I have seen a persons sig using image rotation and I have a question.
I have the htm(l) code for it, and have the url but I cant find a site that has .php support

Just make an animated gif, it loses some quality but its good.

thats javascript, why would you need php?

To make it show up on the forum to be my sig, it wont work with htm or html.
