How do you get the blue Flopside tunnel?

How do you get the blue Flopside tunnel? I saw in a video walkthrough you can get the meatball looking guy to build a short cut tunnel between flopside and flipside. I went to the spot he was in the video and flipped to 3d but he was not there.:incazzato:

Can someone please tell me how to get him to appear? TIA :thumbsup:

Nvm I figured it out. I was looking in the wrong place. The blue tunnel in flopside appears next to the fortune teller's house.
