How do u tranfer videos from computer to cell

Umm i have a question how do u transfer videos from computer to cell phone. my brothers done it but he wont tell me cause hes a a**. so please some1 give me some help please

Define videos.

If you mean a simple gif animation / small mp4 file then it can be done via a link cable or bluetooth.

Do you have a cable that you can connect straight from your phone to your pc? Or does your pc have bluetooth as well as your phone?

well i have a usb cable for phone
also i meant like videos 2 min long also i can get songs w/ this cable 2 but when i sync my phone and click data nothing happend
