how do i register the mii channel?

hi as the title said how do i register mii channel so i can chat with u guys/girls.?????

There is no chat functionality in the Mii channel. However if you add other people's Wii code to your address book and they add your code to theirs, then you can send messages (basically emails) and Mii's to each other through the Wii message board. This should all be covered in your Wii manual (http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/downloads/WiiChEng.pdf )

cause when i tryed to go into the mii it told me to register on the wii board i go check my instruction book to know how
