i want to know how to do stuff such as downloading n64 games on my wii thanks!

You got it!!
First off, you need access to the internet through your wii.
You can do so via wireless internet (such as verizon fios) or get a LAN adapter and connect it to your DSL modem. (they cost 30$)
Once you have that, go to the wii shop channel through the wii menu, and go to "Virtual consoles - - - N64 games" section. N64 games usually cost 1000 - 1200 wii points. One wii point costs one cent. So, 1000 wii points are 10$!!
You can get wii points directly from nintendo via credit card, or you can get wii points cards at your local electronics/gaming store.
WATCH OUT!!
Some evil stores sell wii points cards for more than they are worth!!
DO NOT FALL FOR THE CORPORATE GIMMICK!!!
Anyway, once you have all of that, purchase your wanted game from the wii shop channel, and once you do, the game you purchased will be on the wii menu!!
