i cant figure out how to even get on multiplayer, because the 2nd wii remote isnt on when i get to the multi player screen and theres no way to turn it on...i dont think. sorry i just got my wii today but please help!
If you hit the home button on the 1st player remote (the one that is on), then click on the icon of the remote it brings up the wiimotes settings. Then click on reconnect, push the 1 & 2 button at the same time on the 1st player remote, then push the 1 & 2 button on the remote you want to add. Worked for me with games that didnt have any option to turn on the second controller
what is happening with me is:
Smackdown vs Raw push A+B
Select a Mii for Player 1
After Mii is selected
Are you sure you would like to select this Mii?
Yes
Hit A
Main menu appear with Undertaker on front.
I could not add remote on prior screen because I was working with remote #1
Should I have done something differernt to get remote #2 started?
On page 22 and 23 of operations manual setup, I had to sync my remote and Wii by removing battery cover of remote and pushing red button, and Wii console red button under SD card slot cover.
My #2 remote now became #1, but that is ok, both are working now.
