Help with Sacred Grove

Ok so I made it to sacred grove and beat that anoying flute playing guy. I got the sword and left. Is there a way to get back there? I tried to go back but it was all blocked up and it wouldn't let me use the howling stone again. I need to get in there to collect a heart piece and two bugs. Is there a way back in after you already left that place after you got the sword?

Yep, beat I think its the 4th or 5th temple n ull have to go bak for temple of time
