Help! wii option menu doesn't work!

Help! my wii options menu doesn't work, wenever i open the 'monkey-wrentch page' it turns into an internet-browser-style page and says dat it's unavailable and to check on opera. I'm realy concerned about my wii's option menu and i hope i didn't screw it up.

no the options worked before; even after i got an update to 2.2. i doubt dat's the problem
