hi i would like to no 2 things about a wii

1. can a wii play dvd's

2. i have put a sd card on my computer and put some mp3 and mp4 files on the card and then put in the wii and when i find the card it says the card is clear am i doing it rong like putting the file in the rong part of the card or it is that the wii cannot take those files

can somone help me answer these thanks

1. No unfortunately the Wii cannot play DVD's. (Unless it's modded which is illegal in most areas)

2. The older Wiis can play MP3s but the newer ones play AAC files instead. Try playing your MP3s from the Photo channel.
