yes... you have to use a game that supports online mode... and both people will likely need broadband internet access.

you will also likely have to live in the same region... (North America, Europe, etc)

Virtually the same game as last year, the new improvements (an interesting Confidence meter and game mode types like MiniPutt) is a nice start but not enough. Online multiplayer is a No Show again but there are plenty of courses to play through and you can always design your own.​

Tiger Woods 08 does not have online multiplayer. Very few Wii games do. One game which does is Mario Strikers Charged (a soccer game).
