Help In UnderWater Temple

How do i blow up the rock that covers the entrance to the underwater temple? I know that you need to use the water bombs but i just dont know how to use them underwater.

Put on the Iron Boots.

On the ground below the rock is a "bubbler". Put on the iron boots and blow it up. A massive stream on bubbles will come out of the bubbler. Now, set another bomb on the bubbler and it will float up to the rock and destroy it.

i got in,but i cant open the gate.how do i open it?

Face the gate, turn 180*, and run towards the handle. You'll jump onto it and pull it down, which in turn opens the gate.

Cheers i have ben stuck on blowing up that bolder for about 40 mins, makes you feel stupid when you find out it's as simple as that.
