Hello and Wii remote problem

Hi everyone.......wanted to check if anybody had had problems with the Wii remote....mine is not responding!!! any suggestions?

change the battries? Unplug the wii then plug it in again (the last one helped me a few times)

Try syncing the controller with the wii
