the title of the stage will appear every time you enter a new one. You just have to remember the name while you play, i guess.

well since you have to unlock everyone else before game and watch... i'd have to say game and watch... the sense being that whatever hard thing you must do to unlock anyone else you must thus also do it to get game and watch since he comes after lol
