Halo 3 is exclusive to the 360... I find Halo 3 to be quite fun, but not nearly the Game of the Year as every one says it to be.

Good is just opinion...if he's your friend, why don't you go play it with him instead of asking on a Nintendo forum.

Or perhaps he has neither a PS3 or 360 and he's bluffing.

I'd have to say Halo 3 is good, but Call of Duty 4 is much better. I would definitely suggest checking them both out before buying.
