GHIII Wii replacement discs

For any of you who don't know, Activision is now allowing people to pre-register for wii replacement discs

So has anyone tried calling yet? What kind of information do you need to give them?

i tried calling yesterday, but they were closed =/

not to mention they didn't even give me their opening hours.

the link says they open at 8:00 am and close at 8:00 pm eastern time.
