games on the wii scrolling

i bought a couple of games from the wii shop channel and when i go to play them the screen scrolls and it is really annoying why does it do that

im playing them from the wii home screen

i bought them then installed them and they play but in the game the screen scrolls

no just start then in the game it starts to scroll

does anyone know why it might be doing this?

sonic the hedge hog 2 and zelda mario bros 3 every game that i bought online does it
