Games 'on rails'

Can anyone help me please? I bought resident evil 4 ages ago and thought it was brilliant however Umbrella Chronicles (I think) and The Darkside Chronicles are both 'on rails' which personally I dont like.

Can anyone tell me of other games, pretty much like Resident Evil 4 which are not 'on rails'?
