Gamecube game(s) and Controller Questions

I found the Star Wars Bounty Hunter game which I see is available for the Gamecube.

I used to own the game on PS2 and would be pleased to be in a position to play it again.

However I noticed the Classic Controller can be used for games such as Goldeneye which I am getting into.

Can the Classic Controller be used when playing the old Gamecube games or would I be better using an original Gamecube one?

you can only use gamecube controllers on the wii to play gamecube games.
So to answer you no, you can not use the classic controller to play star wars bounty hunter (sweet game btw)
