friend code help

hey hey just wondering if anyone could help i've added a friend code & im pretty sure the other person has added mine but its still coming up about registering or something . . . think both codes are correct is there always a delay in registering codes???

Sometimes there may be a delay up to a couple of minutes, but you should see it usually sooner than later. Just make sure you double-check your friend code entries, and try turning your consoles on and off.
